These Terms & Conditions describe the rules governing use of AI Monitor as an API-based image moderation service.
Service overview
AI Monitor provides an API that customers may use to scan images and receive moderation results related to nudity risk.
Account responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, API keys, and any systems integrated with AI Monitor.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for lawful and authorized moderation-related purposes. You must not misuse the API, attempt to disrupt the service, interfere with infrastructure, or bypass authentication and usage controls.
Moderation results
AI Monitor provides automated outputs such as confidence scores, actions, and reasons. These outputs are decision-support tools and should be evaluated by each customer in the context of its own product rules, compliance requirements, and review workflows.
Availability and changes
The service may evolve over time, including changes to features, plans, thresholds, detection logic, dashboard capabilities, and legal documentation.
Limitation of liability

Termination

These Terms & Conditions may be updated as the product changes. Continued use of AI Monitor after an update means the latest version applies.
