AI Monitor Privacy Policy

What AI Monitor does

AI Monitor provides an API that allows customers to submit images for nudity analysis using their API keys. The service returns moderation outputs that customers may use within their own applications and moderation workflows.

Images and uploaded content

AI Monitor processes uploaded images solely for the purpose of generating a moderation result.

We do not store uploaded image files in the platform database.

Image data is used only for request processing and response generation. The resulting moderation event may be recorded as metadata, including confidence values, actions, detector names, timestamps, and request identifiers, but the uploaded image file itself is not retained as part of normal service operation.

Account information

We store account-related information required to operate the service, including name, email address, password hash, session data, API key metadata, and moderation event metadata.

API key and usage data

We store API key metadata, key prefixes, creation dates, and usage timestamps so that users can manage their credentials and the system can authenticate requests securely.

We may also store moderation event metadata, including request identifiers, confidence scores, actions, detector names, and timestamps, for service administration, analytics, and dashboard reporting.

Security

Passwords are stored as hashes rather than plain text. API keys are generated per user and should be treated as confidential credentials by the account owner.

Third-party infrastructure

AI Monitor may be hosted using third-party infrastructure providers. Operational logs or infrastructure-level request handling may occur on those platforms as part of normal service delivery.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after an update means the latest version applies.
